Week 1: March 01st - March 08th 2025

PRAYER FOR FORGIVENESS OF SIN AND REMOVAL OF SATANIC OBSTACLES AND DEVICES

Saints of God, it is always important to address obstacles that can hinder prayer and make fasting useless, and so below are obstacles that can seek to hinder fasting and our quest to seek the face of God.

Biblical Examples of Demonic Obstacles

The Bible provides several clear examples of spiritual resistance and how God’s power overcame it:

Daniel’s Delayed Answer (Daniel 10:12–13): Daniel prayed, but his answer was delayed for 21 days due to spiritual opposition. His persistence in prayer led to divine breakthrough.
The Woman Bound for 18 Years (Luke 13:11–16): Jesus identified her condition as spiritual bondage and set her free instantly through divine authority.
Paul’s Missionary Hindrance (1 Thessalonians 2:18): Paul openly acknowledged satanic resistance to his plans yet continued to advance through prayer and obedience.
The Gadarene Man (Mark 5:1–15): This man’s life was obstructed by spiritual forces until Jesus intervened and restored him completely.

Therefore, saints of God I want you to know that every obstacle of the enemy in this season of fasting will be defeated and brought down in the name of Jesus Christ .

First, we must overcome the obstacle of sin

James 4:7: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." This verse emphasises the importance of submission to God in overcoming sin.

1 John 1:9: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." This highlights the assurance of God's forgiveness when we repent.

PRAYER FOR SIN

Heavenly Father, I come before You, acknowledging my weaknesses and sins. I ask for Your strength to resist temptation. Help me to be vigilant, to stand firm, and to walk in the way of Your truth. Let my heart be pure, and may my thoughts and actions reflect Your holiness. Deliver me from the snares of sin and fill me with the power of Your Spirit to overcome every form of temptation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

PRAYER AGAINST SIN

1.Heavenly father, I come before your throne of grace to obtain mercy, forgive me my iniquity, transgression and sin. (Now confess your sin)

2.I break the stronghold and power of inherited sin operating in my life

3.Heavenly Father, give me the strength to resist every temptation that comes my way.

4.I declare that through Your power, I will overcome the temptations of this world.

5.Father, guard my heart from sinful desires and thoughts.

6.In Jesus’ name, I break every stronghold of sin in my life.

7.Lord, help me to focus on Your Word when I feel tempted.

8.Jesus, deliver me from the schemes of the enemy that try to entice me to sin.

9.Holy Spirit, guide me and give me the wisdom to choose righteousness over sin.

10.Father, protect me from the lust of the flesh and the temptations that seek to destroy my faith.

11.I declare that I am free from every form of bondage to sin.

12.Lord, when I feel weak, remind me that You are my strength.

13.In Jesus’ name, I cast down every thought that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.

14.Father, cleanse me from every impure thought and action.

15.Help me to walk in Your light, far from the darkness of sin.

16.Lord, give me discernment to recognise temptation before it overtakes me.

17.I declare that sin will not have dominion over my life by reason of the blood of Jesus Christ shed on the cross

18.I decree that I am free and righteous and that no accusation of sin , iniquity, and transgression can stand against me.

MEDITATE AND DECLARE THESE WORDS WITH ALL YOUR HEART

Isaiah 54:17 – No weapon formed against you shall prosper.
Psalm 91:5–6 – You shall not fear the terror by night.
Luke 10:19 – Authority over all the power of the enemy.
Colossians 2:15 – Christ disarmed spiritual powers openly.
Psalm 34:19 – The Lord delivers from all troubles.

PRAYER POINTS AGAINST OBSTACLES IN THIS SEASON

Lord, arise on my behalf today and remove every invisible barrier the enemy has placed to delay my progress.
Mighty God, by Your fire, uproot every satanic resistance assigned to frustrate my destiny.
Heavenly Father, let Your light expose and scatter every work of darkness working against my life.
Lord Jesus, I ask that every demonic obstacle blocking my breakthroughs be rolled away by Your mighty hand.
Father, by Your authority, silence every voice of opposition speaking against my advancement.
O God, arise and fight for me where I am tired of fighting on my own.
Lord, let every demonic wall built to stop my success collapse completely tonight.
Father, I declare that no power of darkness will prevail over the plans You have for my life.
By the power in the name of Jesus, I command every demonic delay to give way now.
Lord, I ask that You clear my path of every spiritual obstruction planted by the enemy.
Father God, turn every demonic obstacle into a testimony of Your greatness in my life.
Lord, frustrate every evil strategy designed to slow me down or push me backward.
Almighty God, stretch out Your hand and dismantle every satanic roadblock before me.
Father, let Your angels go ahead of me and remove every hidden obstacle on my journey.
Lord Jesus, I place my trust in You to overcome every spiritual resistance I cannot see.
Father, break the power of every demonic force assigned to hinder my prayers.
O God, arise and scatter every power working against my peace, progress, and purpose.
Lord, I receive divine strength to overcome every obstacle confronting my destiny.
Father, let every demonic chain holding me back be broken by Your power tonight.
Lord, I ask for supernatural intervention where the enemy has tried to block my way.
Father God, let Your will prevail over every demonic agenda concerning my life.
Lord, remove every obstacle causing confusion, fear, and discouragement in my heart.

Heavenly father, I thank you for answered prayers, I thank you because all the obstacles of the enemy against me has been removed and the power of the wicked over my life is rendered useless in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
